Pre-Made Items:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped promptly. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-orders have an estimated turnaround time of one week. During this time, each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipment. Once ready, your order will be shipped immediately with tracking details.

Shipping:
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that external factors such as carrier delays may impact delivery times.

We stand behind the quality of every Dope Brand product. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the return window if you need a different size or fit.

Pre-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
